100% All Natural. No sugar, No sweeteners, No syrups, no thickeners, no added colorings.
The FDA doesn't monitor extracts and oils so no labeling is required. Even the best "pure" extracts on the market can contain sugars, syrups and food colorings.
We use an extended cold-infusion extraction process and age our extracts for a minimum of 6 months.
The FDA Requires single strength extract contain 13.35 ounces of beans per gallon of alcohol. It seems that 13.35 ounces of bean need merely to be exposed to the alcohol, not that this amount of matter is extracted/dissolved into the alcohol. Most companies use a quick-heat process which may take a few hours, while some others use a cold-perk process which may take up to 2 weeks. Cold-Infusion is the best form of extraction and used only by a small few.

Because other extracts contain sweeteners or additives, they can spoil. Extracts can also lose their strength after a year from the lack of vanilla flavorings absorbed during quick-processing techniques.
Our extraction process releases more vanillin (the flavor component of vanilla) resulting in a fuller vanilla flavor. No need for double- or triple-strength. That's why we say:
